Wish didn't ship the items - don't want to refund or ship the items due to 30day refund policy

Wish orders normally take a long time to arrive (way beyond the scope of their 30day refund policy). That being said, they have refunded many items that did not arrive or was not as advertised without any issues. I had several items on order from Wish during the lockdown period. When I went in on customer support during this time, they asked if I would be willing to wait longer as there might be delays due to the lockdown. I have hence been very patient and waited patiently till after the lockdown were lifted in South Africa. Now WIsh keeps on throwing their Refund Policy at me, when their system clearly shows that the items have not even been shipped yet. How you can do this, I don't know. I understand if the item has arrived and you don't want to refund as it is longer than 30 days, but to throw their refund policy at me, when they haven't shipped the items is just plain theft. I also don't care if they don't want to refund me, at least make an attempt to ship the items that I ordered!
