WISH .COM purchases - CYBERCRIME. BEWARE

good day. i purchased 2 watches in April 2020, which was a nightmare immediately after payment was made. after bi-weekly attempting to track the items, without any response, i eventually ascertained that my watch was "out of stock" after the track list showed "landed". i requested a refund and also struggled with this. my sons watch shows delivery in September 2020, 2.5 months ago? i cannot make contact with Wish, any courier company. my sons purchase order is 5ec274a***b528 ( smar****ch). beware , individuals are INTENTIONALLY mislead with regards to delivery, estimated time to receive goods, location of goods, and also mislead when requesting a refund.
