What to expect from wish

I have made a purchase on wish for a cell and paid the money got a confirmation that it went through only after three weeks they show on the app the the device will only arrive after four months.i then asked for assistance aswell as to what the specs of device is and it give me and automated response and has nothing to do with what the question was.so I am still waiting for my product to arrive and not sure what I am going to get as the picture and the description shows different to what they have processed.i am highly disappointed with this.
