WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Pathetic!! I placed my order in June 2020... Items were meant to arrive in October 2020... You order your goods, the goods never arrive. You contact them - which is an automated system that you can only answer YES or NO to, when you say you haven't received your parcels they reply saying it's Covid and will take longer. Then it passes your 30 day refund period - which starts from your day of delivery... WHAT DELIVERY??? Paid the money and received **** all!!! USELESS!!!!
