Waiting for items for 2 months only for them not to come on arrival date

I was extremely excited to receive the packages I had ordered from Wish.com in September 2017 only to wait for their arrival date and to receive absolutely nothing. Then finding out that my items are still in China. Then they tell me my account is blocked for no reason and so I can't contact them. Help.
