Waiting 6 months for products only to be informed 'NO REFUND'

Orders were placed end June/July 2017, expected delivery date early September 2017. I inquired about whereabouts of my goods, with no reply in October and November. At last I received a reply today after I queried it again, just to be told 'sorry you're already out of your 30 day return policy, thus no refund'. Does a return policy not only start when you actually receive your goods?

Poor service, bad attitude, and most certainly a really cool money making ****.

Highly disappointing to say the least!
