Very very bad experience

There is no proper communication besides the automated response.my second item was cancelled again today. Now I feel like I will never get my any of the items I ordered. And you don't even know who to talk to. I really m disappointed to think I trust it bought alot of things. I even think they filter the comments section that it's only those few good ones when you check their web site. I wish this can help me I just want my money back now
