Utterly annoyed with @ Wish.com

I ordered 3 items in March 2020 and paid over R100 for it. I sent emails etc to enquire about when I would get it and your agents were of NO help. It says my items have arrived, but it HASN'T and now I am asking for my money back and you give me some BS of its over your 30day refund or exchange policy. I didn't receive anything so how can it be over the 30 day time-line?
