Unreceived gifts

<p>I've ordered More than 30 items in January, its June already. I'm still waiting, cause that's what the email responses tells u, and I didn't get back my refunds because they said it's out of the 30 day policy, but they said I must wait.</p> <p>i don't know what to say or do. And I can't speak on the fone to anyone, so it still feels like a losing battle. I still have hope that I'm going to get my stuff. But my money is lost now. Any advice?</p>
