********* Wish business practice

In May, I placed an online order for a bedding set from Wish. I have still not received it. For more than a month their tracking app indicates that the item was delivered in SA on 05June 2020. Their is no way for me to query this on the app. They give due dates for delivery which they extend before the date arrives. My email queries are ignored when I indicate that they should cancel the order and refund me. I am absolutely livid
