Undelivered Parcel

I bought a Tablet last year in June 2020 and it was suppose to be delivered in October 2020, but i never got it. The tracking number shows that the parcel never reached South Africa. I went to the Post Office many times but they cant trace the exact location of the parcel since it was never in their system. I have tried to communicate with Wish support but their answers are the same, its like I'm getting answers from a answering machine. I'm not getting any fruitful answer. I need my tablet, that's all
