Undelivered Order

<p>I bought and item at Wish.com and they gave a long date and the item was never delivered on that given date and when i try to track it it says there is a delay in delivery give your order 57 more days and when you contact them after that 57 days they say they can't refund you as the returns period has passed, so how can you tell me about the return period has passed while i didn't even get the order, i'm so ****ed.</p>
