Undelivered order

I made an order 1 of Feb 2020 until today i never receive my order. Sent many emails but i didnt get any help i understand we were on lockdown during the estimated time of delivery. So the last email i sent to them the respond was they cannot refund me because the refund period is 30 days which i was not aware that i will not receive my order. I will not recommend anyone to buy on their website. They are a ****
