I am now about to resort to legal help and social media in relation to 2 orders with your selves that have not been honoured. You have given my student son the absolute run around, with stereotyped replies and absolutely no assistance what so ever.

Order no 5e918006e666c046574c7bba placed on 11/04/2020 and paid $5.50 through your online site. NEVER RECEIVED

Order No 5e998d235b188ebd64fc3943 placed on 17/04/2020 and paid $40 or R655.53. Order was immediately cancelled by him also on 17/04/2020 but money had already gone out of his account into that the Wish bank account. All done on your online shop. NO REFUND DONE AND NO GOODS RECEIVED.

He has contacted you and just receives standard letters of response with no help whatsoever. We have even gone to the ***** unit at his bank and they have proved to us that the money has gone into your account.

I do not want your standard response. I want a real live person to a) look into the matter, and b) get back to me with an explanation. You have ****** from a 20 year old student and in these times this is not going to just go away.
