Terrible service and a *****

My complaint is after 2 months now and ive only goot 2 items out of my whole order ,they are *******, when it comes to service ,they me to sort out the problem,out of the order ,2 items ,ive paid alot for rest of my things ,now all gone ,and i showwed them the money i spent on items and they say ,cant find it ,i wanted refund and they said must do it mysself,so i dont know whatt to do,feels like they *****ing to be honest in public,and ******* company
