Terrible service

Pathetic service. Ordered stuff in March 2018. At the end of May they had to refund one of my orders because they did not deliver and could not trace the package. Thsi was supposed to be delivered by the 13 of May 2018. My second order placed in March together with the other , i was given a delivery date of 16 June 2018. To date still have not received my order. Without my consent they refunded me the amount i paid. I did not ask for a refund, i wanted my order delivered but no help from them. Will never purchase anything from this online store again and will not advise others do do so. Definitely false advertising...lies and terrible, pathetic service. Would not even rate it one star but i had to click on the rating to write a review.
