Terrible quality and bad refund system!

Real *******! Whenever I purchased from them I've been unhappy with what I received the stuff is really low standard a d the stuff I choose isn't cheap I feel like all money spent on wish went to waste I always had to pay R110 at the post office even though I paid all fees including shipping online! Highly dissatisfied a disappointed!
