Sometime products you never receive in the post

Been ordering quite a few products from this website and had most of the items received in good condition and great products. Some of the items I have still not received and did request for a refund which they did pay back into my account. Just a little disappointing when you order something and never receive it. Hopefully they can improve their tracking facility so international clients are able to get all their products they order.
