****ed by WISH ONLINE SHOPPING

I was ****ed by WISH ONLINE SHOPPING. I have made a purchase in June and I haven't received any of my orders yet. When I emailed their contact centre, they take me from pillar to post. I have ordered a solar system I haven't received it and my son is now getting affected by the fumes.The reason for purchasing the solar system was to stop using gas/fuel. Hello Peter please help me get my orders.
