Repeated delay

I orderd a Jacket on wish on the 2nd July and according to Wish is should have arrived on the 28th August. I checked the tracking history today and now they say it would arrive on the 23rd of September. This is unprofessional and not acceptable. I am trying to get a refund on the item I orderd and there is absolutely no contact information for Wish.
