Refund still not paid!

I have purchased 4 items at Wish.com which I later realized I do not want them anymore because of the inconvenience of SA delivery and wasn't happy of their quality when I saw one of my friend's items..and I requested a refund and they asked me to upload proof of payment which I did upload and they still haven't paid back my money. WISH.COM I WANT MY MONEY
