Refund

I am due a refund from wish due to the fact that i didnt buy my products on time since August. There refund policy is 14 days but it's almost 3 months. I have been communicating via email and no has helped me resolve this issue,I even requested that they send an email to my bank so that they can do the refund. No one has gotten back to me. ***. In total I have proof of 13 emails sent to wish with no help regarding the situation.
