RCE ****EMAN

I have a problem with Wish i ordered a MPPT Charge Controller from them a year ago it was on way to S/A but was delayed at Customs i made inquiries about my order because it was taken to long and my order was cancelled by Wish for no reason. I recieved a message that I will be refunded now I payde in S/A money R890 .rd for the charge Controller and I was refunded only R197.rd i tried to get hold of Wish but no response is there any way you can help me with my problem thank you RICHARD
