Products never send and refund refused.

I ordered 2 kid watches in January 2020 Delivery was for 7 March 2020. I was told to expect a delay due to lockdown. Watches still show to be in China, but when I try to ask them to send it or refund I only get auto responses saying I only had 60 days to ask for a refund. They did not send my products, did not refund and now it is my fault? This is ******** - don't trust them.

It takes some skillful navigation to try and speak to a person and not just deal with auto responses. When you finally speak to a person they just refer you back to the automated process and close the conversation.
