Product not delivered

I ordered a ring from wish during December 2017 with order ID: 5a47effc0e077ceb83aadcf0 and had emails reporting that my parcel was on its way. Since then I have not heard from Wish again and I have tried to contact them but none of their links would open giving me an ERROR message. Any help would be welcome to track down my parcel. I cannot find my tracking number either, Regards Pollie Mereis
