Poor service - money ********

i ordered 2x items in 12 January from Wish. I was told that the orders were running late. On 21 March I was told that 1x item would be refunded. I have to date not found that refund reflecting on my statements. I tried to follow up on the second item and the app says the refund window has expired and there is no option to follow up further. I wonder how many other people have been ****med by these people
