Poor service from Wish.com

I made an online purchase over a year ago. Wish was happy to confirm payment and delivery dates at first, yet now mire than a year later no one from Wish rep**** to my request to track my parcel.

In my opinion this is unacceptablevand I would never ever recommend Wish to any user.
