Poor customer service

On the very first week of April 2020 I ordered four items,up until now I haven't received them yet.

They keep saying their on the way,last update was I can expect my deliveries on the 01 July 2020, now it's 03 July 2020 nothing received at all. Now they wanna postpone till 20 August 2020 ,I cannot wait any longer I need my items ASAP!!!

Please help, this is nonsense...I feel like I'm a stupid to them.
