Pathetic service delivery

I ordered a phone cover and phone ring 3months ago from wish and to-date has still not arrived. In fact, I have 5orders that were suppose to be delivered to me already but I still wait. And wish has the audacity to contact me asking whether I've received my things, after saying no I haven't. Wish just said I must wait a little bit longer. But the way I see it is if they cant even deliver a simple phone, what hope do I have that they will deliver my other things. And after trying to cancel my orders...i was told my things have been shipped already. As nice as the things are on wish...their service is seriously pathetic.
