Parcels taking forever to arrive

After 5 months of patiently waiting for my items to arrive which I ordered in February from Wish, today is the 15th July and still no word as to when will they arrive. We all know most countries are under lockdown due to covid-19, but a little word from Wish would actually make us not to lose hope especially as this is my 1st time ordering using Wish. All they offer is a refund if you need more assistance, after waiting for many months I can not cancel now, no!
