Paid for goods but never received them.

I have bought more than ten items on wish.com and all of the items i paid for have not arrived. The ones that arrived were more than a month late and they were the "free" items that i paid shipping for. Now i am trying to get a refund on all the items that never arrived but i am getting an automated response saying i do not qualify for refunds, Please help
