Paid for delivery - Told to pick it up

The initial ordering process was painless, I put in my order for an item to be delivered and it was processed. A few weeks later I received an email stating I need to go and pick it up at my local post office, which was surprising so I took it up with wish assistants, talked to a support agents for about 2 weeks achieving nothing. Latest response from wish, stating it has already been shipped to the address supp****.
