Packages not being deliverd on wish

Hi I orderd packages from Wish on the 6th of October 2018 and the 22nd of November 2018. All packages should have arrived by the 25th of December 2018 which is on Christmas so I can understand that it wasn't deliverd because of the holiday. They then moved the estimated date of arrival to the 1st of January 2019. I have still not recieved my packages. I have asked customer sevice for help and all that they keep telling me is that I need to wait 3 weeks. It should be here by now but I am still waiting. On the Wish app its shows everything has been delivered and everyday they ask me if it has arrived and everyday I click no. Nothing gets done and no one is willing to help me with this problem. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem?
