Orders never delivered or refunded - Stay away from this site!

I have place 4 orders with Wish starting end July 2017. The LAST 2 orders were finally delivered and received. But the FIRST 2 orders never ever arrived! After communication backwards and forwards, i was offered a refund on the second order which i never received (which they said they would do) and regarding the other outstanding order - they told me that they would send a replacement for the very first order. Well, no refund has ever reflected in my bank and now 6 months later, the "replacement" order has just never arrived and when i queried this today - i was told that there is a 30 day period for queries (despite the constant communication) and they are no longer responsible for the items not delivered. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site!!!!
