Order vanished

Back in June in ordered a couple items From wish that a delivery date on latest 14 October. A few weeks ago, I get notified be the local post office to pick up the package and I got items that were not what I ordered. Earlier this month, my order history on the wish app was erased without warning or notification and in trying to resolve the matter, I was left talking to an AI robot instead that proved to be of no help at all. Wish has not directly contacted me or explained the erased order history. Simply put, my order has just vanished and no money has come back.
