Order not Fulfilled as Ordered and Delivered

I ordered an item 7 x Usb 3.0 port extender as described on their website as a 7 x Usb 3.0 port extender. I contacted their support as I did not got the advertised 7 x 3.0 usb port extender but when received it was 7 x 2.0 usb port extender or not as advertised. Contacted them on several occasions but doesn't want to acknowledge the incorrectly delivered goods as I ordered 2 items.This is very BAD and LOW customer service if the support can clearly see that Wish is at fault.
