Order items

Wish company is online business on Facebook, im very angry to order a lot of staff to them, them send only one item, small packet, how can you order to them, you never even receive your item, they keep on saying hou must rate their service, you keep telling them you never received all your item you paying for, since agust, and when track the parcel they keep on saying is in jhb, why the parcel not delivered to my place, that.. Wish service is very poor, and they will tel you that, you cant cancelled and refund you. They dont know wat is customer service. Peter please help me. With this matter
