ONLINE SHOPPING WITH WISH.COM IS A NIGHTMARE

These Chaps DO NOT have a CONTACT SUPPORT for CUSTOMER to COMPLAIN. It is just crazy. I did not receive my order that was placed on 28 August 2019, ORDER ID: 5d66e65***04***ba34c8ac4. Its 9 months and I did not receive my order. I tried to contact the WISH Support. They have the weirdest Support System that I had ever seen. There are no Contact Emails nor Contact Telephone numbers. All they have is an automated Chat Room with pre-determined questions which I must select. None of the questions addressed my issue of non-delivery. There was absolutely no way for me to lodge my complaint.

I paid $94.00 for my purchase which I did not yet receive.
