NON DELIVERY OF WISH ONLINE ORDER

I placed 2 orders with Wish in July. I received an sms in September advising me that the one order had been delivered but I have still not received it. On the other order I received an sms requesting information about my order but could not reply to the sms. I am unable to contact anyone to follow up on the order, and have since heard of so many people with the same problem. Can anyone help please?
