Non-delivery of three orders

I ordered three items from this company late last year. They confirmed the orders and gave me the expected dates that the parcels would be delivered. The payments were made through Paypal, so there is no issue about no payment or insufficient funds. The order-numbers is as follows: 5f86dcc***a87aa 5f730cdciebfe88fiee88zfo 5f***f2016f0409ed810

It is surprising that a company that is actualling have such a vast network and advertising on so many platforms, can still not get it right. I know that Covid19 will be blamed but other companies managed to up their service delivery even having Covid19. Here I can mention the guys from Gift of the Givers. I think it is real bad service delivery from such a big company.
