No refund. No delivery

I'm very disappointed with the recent service from Wish. I place an order on the 11 December 2018 for an item I really desired. Despite the estimated delivery date being far away and indicated as being 6 February 2019, I was patient enough to wait for this Item becouse I hopeful that Wish is a reliable company. Fast forward 2019 February there was no delivery of the Item and no correspondence from Wish regarding the delay. I had to take an initiative to inquire about this item and no clear reasons were forwarded or explained as to why there was no delivery of this Item.

Eventually Wish offered me a refund which is yet to be cleared or reflected on my account and they have informed me that if it hasn't reflected within the next 14 days I must still be the one who must contact them and update regarding this refund. This is strange becouse when I placed the order on the app the payment went through and reflected on my account immediately.

I'm utterly dissatisfied with this ******* service. I must say I shall never order anything from Wish ever again. This was my very first order and I these guys have made a bad first impression.

The order number of this item is as follows # 5c14bdb ********** 6eefffeba8. I doubt I will get my money back but I shall surely warn potential victims not to order from Wish again.
