No refund and no goods received

I ordered from wish in August and I cancelle in September as there was no item received. They debited my account 25 times and the amount was about R3600 but only received 1 refund of R136 and when I send the the message they always talk about the 1 refund and not the rest. They don't have a contact number I don't know when am gonna get my money.
