NO product & NO REFUND!!

I have ordered MANY items from Wish.com. I have only received a handful of items, probably only 20% of everything I've ordered from them. They are so quick to "refund" you when you notify them that you have not received an item, but in fact, you do not get the full amount paid, refunded to you!! Secondly, if you do not notify them within 30 days in which you should have received the item, then sorry for you, you lose out on that item, and a refund for it. Nowhere is this "condition" clearly posted... so again their clients are duped out of their money. Either make sure I receive the stock I've paid for, or refund me - simple. Wish.com will see no more sales from me, my family, nor those I spread the word to!!
