No honesty in Wish orders & they ETA...

I made a online order early this year 2020 was suppose to receive the package on the 27 July 2020 but to corona date was pushed to 10th Oct 2020. I have not recived my packages.

Wish tracking numbers are just showing as far as the packages arriving South Africa and not showing which local logistic carrier company will be handling my packages. When I go on The site all I get is automatically responds and not get a customer agent speaking to you and assisting you to track the packages for you. This is the bad service I am not happy with this treatment and service Wish is offering to customers.

I need and demand answers from them.

I now have two orders which were to be here by 10th Oct 2020 pending and have another two due Jan 2021. I regret placing a order with them.
