No delivery to date

I have ordered a few items from WISH.COM. The first delivery was meant to have arrived in October. All deliveries get tracked until it says "Arrived at destination country" and then nothing further. The consultants as Wish give you a standard answer that doesn't help at all. What happens to the parcel once it reaches OR Tambo? What is the reason for the long delay? And why is there no further tracking information? Are the parcels being ******? These were all gifts and I have not received a single one. All they offer you is a refund - which I still have not seen evidence of.
