No CUSTOMER CARE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

Wish never delivers my orders. I bought items which which were due to being delivered in February 2021. When I go and track orders it says arrived in SA. but no delivery was done. I ordered again this year of which my delivery was due the 13 of April 2021. When I track order. It shows that it has arrived in South Africa. But no delivery is done Again. Shipping address is already provided for. So I really don't understand why I have not received my orders. Wish Does Not Deliver. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
