Never received order that was paid for in November 2020. No response on queries.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses in November 2020. Wish took the money off my bank account and it is now 24th of March 2021 and I have not received anything. I have queried it on their website five times with only a reply that they have received my query and will attend to it, but ALAS. No feedback is ever received. I am very angry as there is plenty on the website which I would like to order, but I cannot donate money to Wish and get nothing in return. They are ******** par excellence. Horrible company.
