My items were refunded without my knowledge when doing my follow up

I have never been so disappointed in my life like this. Wish.com is offering its customers an unpleasant and unprofessional service. I placed an order November 2019 till this day I haven’t received my orders, they keep on extending the date, when I asked what was going on, my items were refunded immediately without my knowledge and when I asked I was told to wait another for another 2 weeks for my refund to be depleted. I waited too long for this items and I was hoping this items will be delivered December since some of items were Christmas gifts. I am very disappointed with Wish and will advise people to order from them
