Lost or ****** wish parcels

I am not happy with parcels that does not arrive on time. I pay alot of money for stuff on wish and do not receive it. I really do not now where the problem is. Is it Wish or is it the South African postal service. Maybe the stuff get ****** by the main post offices before distribution so it can't be sent to the rightful owners. Can something be done about this problem because I lost faith in buying stuff online.
