Lies and pathetic service.. Nothing received in 4 months

Pathetic Lies Order hasn't been received after more than 4 months already, they are now changing their stories that due to covid the order was delayed. But when I had ordered they said nothing about delay, the order should have been here in max 2 months. NOW THEY DON'T ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY KEEP ON EXTENDING THE DELIVERY DATE.
